What Are Positive Affirmations Good For?

Affirmations are a form of positive self-talk. Tearing yourself down, when you make a mistake, for example, is negative self-talk. Affirmations are intended to counter that negative self criticism and replace it with something far better. Your ability to achieve what you desire will be greatly improved along with you sense of self-worth.
