In some traditions, they say that any activity can be meditative, if you focus on just doing that one thing. This can be an interesting exercise to try and will make you realize how rarely you do just that. We are always trying to get as many things done at once as possible.

When you are focusing on doing just one thing, you might discover that you have greater clarity of mind. The result may be that the activity is performed more effectively and that you are more ready for the next thing you need to do.

Stress has a way of making you feel fatigued all the time. When you are worrying about things, your mind is always working, even if you don't realize it, and it makes you feel exhausted.
