Do not forget that yoga has to do with stretching, balancing, breathing and meditating. It is a good thing that all of these movements are ways to get healthy. If anything it helps to reduce your stress, which will help to immensely reduce your blood pressure. But, if you really want to see good results, then learn from an expert. Then you can move forward to the more advanced styles on your own.
