Why Parallel Universe May Exist?

By Silvia Smith

Parallel universe theory may not have concrete proofs but there are some evidences by which we can claim the existence of the parallel universe. One such evidence is past life regression.

The best possible way to figure out what may be found in parallel universes is to try and think of various ways that they can exist. According to the famous physicist Hugh Everet III's parallel universe theory, if an action has numerous possible outcomes, the universe will split to accommodate all those outcomes. For example, if you have a choice of shopping from two different malls, the universe will instantly split to accommodate both these choices. If you choose to go to one mall, another version of you will be visiting the other mall in the parallel universe.

The same principle applies to all actions we take. So if you have to visit a parallel universe, you may run into yourself. However, the version of you will be a result of all the actions you didn't take in your original world. Since the universe splits on every instant that you take these decisions, you will actually be able to see the implications of the decisions you didn't take in this universe.

According a theory on parallel universe, we are unable to view or feel the presence of these universes as we are limited by speed of light. The Big Bang, fourteen billion years ago, according to scientists is when the journey of light started. This means, it is not possible for us to see beyond fourteen billion light-years. Our observable universe is this space volume which is also referred to as the Hubble Volume.

As of now we are aware of only one solar system and one universe but science has also proved that there can be many other solar systems where many other planets are moving around their sun.

These parallel universes may also be destinations of time travel and other exercises such as past life regression. For all you know, the outcomes of major events that define our existence may be completely different in these universes. The World Wars may end differently or space travel may have different outcomes. There is not limit to the possibility of what lies beyond our universe. Till the day when we can actually visit these strange and alien worlds comes, all we can do is speculate and broaden our levels of acceptance. After all, great inventions and discoveries are made only when man has dared to think beyond the obvious.
